Kohler & Campbell This Kohler & Campbell grand has had extensive servicing to bring it to a higher standard of performance. Prior to our servicing this piano produced a very thin, dull tone. Upon inspection we noticed that the hammers were horribly shaped, and after extensive hammer re-shaping, squaring, and string leveling this piano is finally producing good tone again. This piano has had action work as well, and the regulation is in better shape now than it was upon its arrival. The bottom line is, we have tried to improve the performance of this piano, to provide a better value to the customer - and we have succeeded.
