Steingraeber The history of the piano makers, Steingraeber und Söhne, began in Thuringen in the year 1820. Eduard Steingraeber established himself in Bayreuth in 1852 and within three decades had become Bavaria‘s largest and most important manufacturer of upright and grand pianos, receiving numerous international prizes for his instruments. Today, very little has changed, whether it be the international awards, the firm‘s historic site or the fact that the business is still run by the Schmidt-Steingraeber family. Steingraeber has maintained its traditional ability to consistently bring innovation into the development and manufacture of world-class instruments. Manufacturer Link: Steingraeber |
